The 14″ depth allows for installation behind deep screens or in cabinets. The SE 12 SE is a passive sealed audiophile style subs with the most actuate reproduction, using our proprietary drivers designed by GTL. Upon request these can be fitted with a 600-watt plate amp. (For an additional cost) They were designed for small to medium Home Theaters where 2 subwoofers will be used, with one in the front and one in the rear.
